Return Request Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligible Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Products
Some categories such as personal care items, intimate goods, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, contact us at service@merivella.com. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
